Checklist

LLM Seeding checklist

Eighteen checks in six groups. Tick what is already in place, read your score and export the result. It runs in your browser and sends nothing anywhere.

short answerThis LLM Seeding checklist has 18 checks covering crawler access, direct answers, proof, consistency of facts, structure and measurement. Each ticked item adds points, and the access and conduct items count double. The score tells you what to do first. It does not predict citation on any platform. Your result is saved in your own browser.

How to use the checklist

  1. 01Pick a key page or the whole site and type its name in the optional field.
  2. 02Tick only what you have actually checked. When in doubt, leave it unticked.
  3. 03Read the score and the access warning. Open items 1, 2 and 3 block everything else.
  4. 04Export the result by copying or downloading the text, and use the next-steps list as your work agenda.
  5. 05Repeat every quarter, or after any major change to the site.

What is saved: your ticks and the site name live in your browser's local storage, on this device. Nothing is sent to a server, there is no account and no tracking cookie. If the browser blocks storage, the tool keeps working during your visit and a saving notice appears. Clearing browser data erases your ticks.

How does the scoring work?

Each item is worth 1 point, except five that are worth 2: the three crawler-access items (1, 2 and 3), proof for critical claims (8) and conduct on reviews and mentions (15). The total is 23 points. The percentage is the points ticked divided by 23.

RangeReading
0% to 39%Fragile foundation: open access, proof or consistency issues block the rest
40% to 69%Under construction: the essentials exist, consistency and measurement are missing
70% to 89%Good foundation: focus on measurement and external sources
90% to 100%Solid foundation: maintain, review and measure

Worked example. A fictional site ticked items 1, 2 and 3 (6 points), 4, 5, 7, 9, 10 and 13 (6 points) and nothing else. That is 12 of 23 points, or 52%: the "Under construction" band. The next steps the tool would suggest are the open weight-2 items, 8 and 15, followed by weight-1 items in list order.

What are the tool's limits?

The score is a prioritization guide. It is not a market standard and has not been scientifically validated. The weights reflect the dependency order of the method: without access and proof, the rest loses value. A high score does not guarantee citation, and a low one does not rule it out. The tool does not inspect your site. It records what you say you checked. For technical verification of access, use your server logs and each company's documentation, as the Portuguese guide robots.txt para robôs de IA explains.
